Hello folks,
Rookie around here but love to see your guys pics and talk about construction methods and finishing. Awesome stuff!
I make pool cues and I come across exotic woods all the time.
I have some reclaimed brazilian rosewood (about 70 years old) and on the same place where we got the wood we stumbled across a pernambuco log.
I have between 10/15 squares about 1.5"x1.5"x10" to 18".
Not sure what a good asking price might be. The wood is at least 40/50 years old. Some squares are in excellent condition and some squares have some cracks but overall wood looks really nice. It would be a waste of wood to use it on a pool cue and I know it would be much more appreciated in the violin world.
Feel free to call me at 209-482-7768 or email me at ajmaninha(at)gmail.com |
