Dear friends

Whenever I make a copy of a del Gesu, I'm curious
about how is the shape of the corner of the ribs.
As you all may know, the corners of del Gesu(of his midde and late period) is diffrent from Amati and Strad. It is kind of thing which protrude a little bit out of the general outline. Sometimes, for me it seems horns of cattle, or a little sprouts out of ground. And we also know that outline of corners of plates coincide almost with that of the ribs.
Does it mean that when copying a del Gesu,I shoud make the ribs(corner parts) like the shape of corners? Or I used to make the rib part very short and make only the plate part sticking out.
Does anybody have a photo showing the shape of rib corners of original del Gesu?
